The Mineral Point girls basketball team claimed the undisputed SWAL Conference title February 18 with a 57-53 victory over host Cuba City. This was the Pointers’ first title since 2004. Three win WIAA Regional mat crowns
Danny Pittz, Boone Schmitz, and Scott Pittz all claimed WIAA Regional wrestling titles Saturday, February 13 at Riverdale. Schultz surpasses 1,000 point mark
Senior Jessica Schultz surpassed the 1,000 career point mark in a 69-46 win over Riverdale February 9. She scored 23 points in the contest.
Pittz claims CLASH crown
Senior Scott Pittz claimed the 170 lb. SWC/SWAL Conference CLASH championship Saturday with a 10-0 major decision over River Valley’s Elijah Alt. The Pointers finished 3rd as a team.

Chambers hits 1,000 point mark
Clara Chambers tallied her 1,000th career point Friday, January 29 at Iowa-Grant. The Pointers went on to win the game 60-31 over the Panthers.
