Donald and Carole Wasley

Donald and Carole Wasley

Don and Carole Wasleys’ love for the sport of wrestling started over fifty years ago. Through the years, they were passionate supporters of the wrestling community. They enjoyed taking kids to tournaments, traveling to matches and being members of the wrestling club. Some of their best memories with their closest friends came from various bus rides to wrestling tournaments.

Don and Carole have four children. Cindy, Mark, Kevin and Kraig are all active supporters of wrestling. Mark, Kevin, and Kraig were all varsity wrestlers for Mineral Point and Cindy supported their journeys. All three boys are now in the Allen E. Bauman Wrestling Hall of Fame.

The love for the sport of wrestling lives on in the Wasley family with many of Don and Carole’s grandsons and great grandsons wrestling in various communities.

Don would be filled with pride to be a member of his group. He loved working hard to get his chores done to be able to follow the boys in their wrestling careers. Carole is honored to accept this nomination on their behalf.
