Congratulations to all #PointerNation students who represented Mineral Point at the Future Business Leaders of America State Leadership Conference at the KI Center in Green Bay!

Although we were unable to stay for the awards ceremony due to impending severe weather, a special shoutout to Violet Renwick and Jaycee Privett for making the stage! Violet qualified for Nationals in Impromptu Speaking, and Jaycee earned 5th place in Public Speaking, securing an alternate position for Nationals. Nationals will be held June 6-8 in Las Vegas, NV.
Special congratulations to Kalea Biddick for earning 5th place in the Who’s Who in FBLA recognition, a prestigious honor that highlights outstanding leadership, involvement, and contributions to the FBLA organization.
Mineral Point was also recognized as a Champion Chapter, earning Gold Status for accumulating enough points throughout the year.
In addition, we are proud to recognize Kalea Biddick, Anthony Buleje Cadena, and Bree Swenson for being recognized as Outstanding Community Service Contributors, each providing more than 50 hours of community service during their time as FBLA members.
We also had six members of our organization recognized for the Business Achievement Awards (BAA), an individual FBLA program that helps students build leadership skills, expand business knowledge, and earn recognition through school and community involvement. Students recognized include Nolan Allendorf, Anthony Buleje Cadena, Carver Potterton, Hudson Schroeder, and Ronica Thousand for completing the Contributor and Leader levels, and Kalea Biddick for completing the Contributor, Leader, and Advocate levels.

Well done, Pointers!
