What does it mean to be a Google Educator?
It shows a commitment to learning new technology skills to be utilized in the classroom. Teachers study and take exams that show proficiency in Google’s education tools such as Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides, just to name a few.
Mineral Point is proud to have three people on staff who have achieved this certification–Brad Brogley, Kari Kabat, and Dan Rhode.
Point is equally proud that more staff members are in the process of becoming Google Educator certified, having passed the first Google Docs/Drive exam this week. They have four more to go.
A shout out to Kipalee Bakken, Bridget Beinborn, Lesley Macaulay, Kris McCoy, and Dianna Rogers for putting in this extra effort and best of luck on the rest of your Google Educator certification journey!
