Four Pointers reach podium
Four Mineral Point wrestlers reached the WIAA State podium Saturday, February 27 at the Kohl Center. Scott Pittz took 3rd at 170 lbs., Brandon Forseth 4th at 138 lbs., Logan Schmitz 5th at 126 lbs., and Danny Pittz 6th at 106 lbs. Pittz, Schmitz named to Scholar All-State Team

Three win WIAA Regional mat crowns
Danny Pittz, Boone Schmitz, and Scott Pittz all claimed WIAA Regional wrestling titles Saturday, February 13 at Riverdale. Pittz claims CLASH crown
Senior Scott Pittz claimed the 170 lb. SWC/SWAL Conference CLASH championship Saturday with a 10-0 major decision over River Valley’s Elijah Alt. The Pointers finished 3rd as a team.
Lawinger inducted to Hall of Fame
Friday evening, January 8, prior to the wrestling match vs. Darlington/Black Hawk, Nick Lawinger was inducted into the Al Bauman Hall of Fame.
