Girls win SWAL crown
The Mineral Point girls basketball team claimed the undisputed SWAL Conference title February 18 with a 57-53 victory over host Cuba City. This was the Pointers’ first title since 2004. Schultz surpasses 1,000 point mark
Senior Jessica Schultz surpassed the 1,000 career point mark in a 69-46 win over Riverdale February 9. She scored 23 points in the contest.

Chambers hits 1,000 point mark
Clara Chambers tallied her 1,000th career point Friday, January 29 at Iowa-Grant. The Pointers went on to win the game 60-31 over the Panthers.
