The Mineral Point School Board held its regular monthly meeting Monday night for the month of April.
The Board recognized the following accomplishments:

— Andy Busch and Joni Heisner took their Oaths of Office for another three-year term on the School Board after having won seats in the April 7 election.

— The Board unanimously approved (with Rachael Bergstrom and Justin Skelding absent) the consent agenda including meeting minutes, bills payable, credit card statement, and school board committee reports.

— The Board heard an update regarding the April 7 School Board election. Results were officially canvassed April 10. Both Andy Busch and Joni Heisner were elected to an additional three-year term with 899 and 884 votes each, respectively.

— Superintendent Mitch Wainwright provided his monthly budget update.

— The Board unanimously approved (with Bergstrom and Skelding absent) the second reading of the following updates to policies:
