What attracted you to apply in #PointerNation?:   I have always been a life-long resident of Mineral Point and have enjoyed everything the community has to offer. But now as my boys are entering school age, I wanted to be a part of the excellence and achievement the Mineral Point Unified School District has been known for.

Quotable: “From the minute I started to role play as a child, there was only one career path established in my head. My dolls and two younger brothers were my students long before they knew what ‘school’ was. My Godmother, whom I adored, was a teacher; more importantly, my mother loved teaching and continued to encourage my thinking about education for as long as I can remember. She made me feel like it was an honored profession and a true privilege to be entrusted with other people’s children. I take that responsibility to this day very seriously.”
