What attracted you to apply at MP Schools?: Working with students to help make them self-confident and successful is what I believe in doing and Mineral Point Schools is a great place to make this happen!
Quotable: “A strength I have is working with students one on one and in small groups. I am able to easily keep the students engaged in what they are learning and help them to be successful. I like to help students build their self-confidence and encourage students to become more eager to learn.”
“I am able to communicate well and interact with staff and students that I work with. If there are problems or concerns, they are discussed and time is taken to work them out. Things that need to be done are given to me and I work on them right away. If there are issues with the students, I work with the teachers and other staff to solve the issue.”
