Dear Parents/Guardians,

You are invited to sign up for Parent Teacher Conferences online. Conferences willonly take place on Thursday, November 5 and Thursday, November 12. Conferences are 15 minutes in length with start times between 3:45-7:15 pm on both days.

Due to time limitations, only ONE conference will be scheduled for each student. This conference is intended to include ALL parents/guardians of that child. If there are two households involved, please work together to find a mutually agreeable time.

On that web page, you will be asked to select the name of your childs teacher (one conference per student). Enter information for that student and submit. You will then receive an email with a link to select the date and time (this extra step confirms you have used a valid email address). After returning to the page and selecting the date and time, submit the form.

However, if you have more than one student, please choose the option on the left to add a different student BEFORE submitting the form. This will bring up each students teacher side-by-side so you can compare available times more easily. Parents needing to schedule for more than one student should do so as soon as possible to better ensure time blocks close together.

Once all times have been scheduled, click on Submit. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
