- 1 Plastic BLUE folder

- 1 container disinfecting wipes (Clorox, Lysol, etc.)
- Large Backpack (must be large enough to hold a 9×12 inch folder without bending/folding
- $5.00 to cover the cost of photo processing
- 1 Extra set of clothing (pants, shirt, underwear, socks) labeled and in a ziplock bag
