Rachael Schroeder is the Reading Specialist and Title I teacher. She earned her teaching certification at the University of Dubuque, a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, a Reading Specialist License from Viterbo, and became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2009.
