Girls Basketball wins Conference, Regional Titles

For the second straight season, the Mineral Point Girls Basketball team won both the SWAL Conference and WIAA Regional Championships! The Regional Title came vs. Cuba City on February 25 with a 64-59 win.
Staver Tallies 1,000th Point
Mineral Point girls basketball senior Sydney Staver tallied her 1,000th career point Saturday, January 21st in a game at Iowa-Grant. The Pointers went on to win the SWAL contest by a score of 69-33.
WIAA Sportsmanship Award Received
During halftime of the football game Friday, August 26, #PointerNation was presented with its WIAA/Rural Mutual Sportsmanship Award that it earned during the State Girls Basketball Tournament in Green Bay in March.
