A scholarship is available for graduates or attendees of Mineral Point High School.
The Bryant Foundation has chosen to include in their scholarship program all Wisconsin communities where Nelson Industries, Inc. had manufacturing plant locations in addition to Stoughton, which was the corporate headquarters for the company until its sale in 1998. Edwin E. Bryant, a benefactor of the Bryant Foundation, was founder, chairman and CEO of Nelson Industries, Inc. until his death in 1972. After his death, Nelson Industries, Inc. continued to be a very successful company and the Bryant Foundation Board wishes to acknowledge the importance of all the locations who helped in the company’s success by offering scholarships in these communities.
Schools included are: Arcadia High School, Black River Falls High School, Bloomer High School, Mineral Point High School, Montello High School, Neillsville High School, Riverdale High School, Stoughton High School, Viroqua High School, and Wautoma High School.
The scholarship is available for full-time or part-time study at a vocational-technical school, college or university of your choice for the entire 2016-17 academic year.
