At its regular monthly meeting Monday, the School Board voted unanimously to keep four days of in-person learning (with Wednesdays virtual for enrichment/remediation) and revisit the matter at the March 8 Board meeting.

A lot of the discussion centered around Wednesdays being vital in being able to properly support the all-virtual students, which last week there were 127. The Board is committed to maintaining an all-virtual option right now due the pandemic, so they felt at this time, especially based on feedback from staff, Wednesdays are needed to help make sure those students are getting their needs met.

The Board talked about the start of the 4th Quarter (March 15) as a possible target date of a return to five days of in-person learning and will revisit the matter March 8.
