Penny Wiegel is a first grade teacher at Mineral Point Elementary. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Additionally, she became a National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certified teacher in Early/Middle Childhood Reading & Language Arts. Penny lives on a farm near Belmont.
