Baseball Places 2nd at State

Congratulations to the #PointerNation Baseball Team which placed 2nd in Division 4 at the WIAA State Tournament in Appleton. The Pointers defeated Belmont 6-2 in the State Semifinal before falling 11-1 to defending champ Webster in the State Final.

Mitchell Places 9th at State Golf

WIAA called the State Golf meet for rain and decided Division 2 & 3 would be scored on 27 holes vs 36. Mineral Point’s Simon Mitchell shot even par on his 2nd day front nine ending his State experience in 9th place (out of 52 golfers).
