Three Mineral Point High School FFA Career Development Teams have qualified for the State competition.
The Livestock Team has qualified for State for the 16th consecutive year. Team members include: Morgan Fitzsimmons, Boone Schmitz, Scott Pittz, and Martina Steffes.
The Vet Science Team is the first in MPHS history to qualify for State. Team members include: Tommie Loken, Tea Bossert, Jake Steffes, and Katie Fitzsimmons.
The Wildlife Team has also qualified for State with team members Brady Roberts, Jacob Moellers, Jacob Sullivan, and Austin Olson. Brady was the top individual at the District contest, the first ever from MPHS to win that event.
State will be held April 29 at UW-Madison with National qualifying berths on the line for October in Indianapolis.
